PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of an oil tank is provided to prevent or minimize a leakage of oil when a vehicle body is tilted at a certain angle according to road conditions while driving a vehicle or when the oil stored in the oil tank is shaken.;CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device (100) of an oil tank comprises a cap (110), a gasket (120), and an oil leakage preventing member (130). The cap is connected to an oil injection port protruding from the upper end of the oil tank. The cap connects an inlet (111) of the inner bottom surface and an outlet (112) of the radius directional outer inner surface and includes an air flow path (113) connected to atmosphere. The gasket closes the oil injection port and includes a slit (121) so that air flows. The oil leakage preventing member is installed between the cap and the gasket and includes a capillary tube unit (132) connecting the inlet of the cap and the slit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
