PURPOSE: A system resource allocation method is provided to improve a speed by performing each network bath system (NBS) operation after dividing an available utility set into a plurality of sub sets. CONSTITUTION: An available utility set is divided into a plurality of sub available utility sets. The each sub available utility set repetitively performs NBS. The available utility set is a group of payoff pairs. When the entire utility set is divided into a small utility set, calculation complexity becomes lower. As the number of users desiring to use resources increases, the calculation complexity increases.
