摘要
PURPOSE: A system for sorting transgenic plants using a gene marker is provided to shorten sorting time with less contamination because seeds of a non-transformant cannot be germinated in a 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol (DAPG) medium and to enable easy handling.;CONSTITUTION: A marker for sorting transgenic plants contains DAPG hydrolase gene (phlG) with a base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant plant expression vector contains the marker gene. A transgenic plant is prepared by transformation with a vector. A method for sorting transgenic plants comprises the steps of: transforming plant cells with the vector; and culturing the transformed plant cells in a DAPG-containing medium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) 14 days later after sowing; (BB) 9 days later after sowing
