PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the conductive bio-material is provided to effectively manufacture a bio originated polymer which has the physical property of the desired level with including the electrical conductivity etc by without inducing a problem which includes the structural failure etc in the reforming process.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the conductive bio-material comprises a step of extracting an extracellular polymeric substance from a metal reducing bacteria; a step of irradiating the radiation to the extracellular polymeric substance which is extracted. The metal reducing bacteria is the Shewanella sp. The dosage of radiation is 1-100 kGy. The irradiation of radiation is performed with an electron ray, a gamma-ray or an X-ray.
