PURPOSE: A device for extracting brewed coffee and a method for extracting the brewed coffee using the same are provided to obtain tasty coffee as undiluted solution of coffee can be extracted from pulverized coffee mixing solution by using the centrifugal force so that the sediment in which is the coffee residue of a pressurizing method is not generated. CONSTITUTION: A device for extracting brewed coffee comprises a heating tank (110), a mixing tank (120), an extracting tank (130), and a storage tank (140). The heating tank heats the water. The mixing tank mixes hot water supplied from the heating tank and pulverized coffee. The extracting tank extracts undiluted solution of coffee from pulverized coffee mixing solution supplied from the mixing tank by using the centrifugal force.
