The present invention relates to an apparatus for elevating an undiluted coffee solution extraction part, which comprises: a coffee capsule loading part (800) loading and supplying a coffee capsule (Cs) in multiple stages; a coffee capsule transfer part (850) placing the coffee capsule (Cs) supplied from the coffee capsule loading part (800) and then transferring the coffee capsule (Cs) to a desired position; an undiluted coffee solution extraction part (870) to extract an undiluted coffee solution from the coffee capsule (Cs) transferred through the coffee capsule transfer part (850); and a control part controlling the same. An elevation unit of the undiluted coffee solution extraction part (870) comprises: a pressurizing cover member (873) delivering pressurizing force through elevation while being combined to the pressurizing plate (872) on an upper part of the pressurizing plate (872) by surrounding the pressurizing plate (872); an elevation shaft (874) combined through a screw for elevation of the pressurizing cover member (873); and an elevation motor (875) providing a driving force to the elevation shaft (874) through an elevation gearbox (876).
