FREEZING SENSOR CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY DETECTING POINT OF FREEZING TIME

PURPOSE: A freezing sensor has an effect of being able to prevent safety accidents due to freezing by advance detection of freezing that occurs upon abrupt weather changes due to meteorological deterioration and temperature decrease in a winter season.;CONSTITUTION: A freezing sensor (1) comprises conductive plates (3,7), a non-conductive outer wall (5), an internal space (11), electrodes (2,9,10) and water (6). Said conductive plates are used as an upper plate (3) and a lower plate (7). Said non-conductive outer wall blocks the space between said upper conductive plate and lower conductive plate so as to maintain the gap between said conductive plates as far as a given distance. Said internal space is formed between said upper and lower conductive plates and an outer wall. Said electrodes flow an electric current in said conductive plates. Said water is injected in said internal space. Said freezing sensor flows an electric current between said electrodes to measure a phase change of said water with a change in capacitance values.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
