PURPOSE: A solid oxide fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify manufacturing process and reduce manufacturing costs by combining the cathode collector and the cathode physically and chemically. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell comprises a negative electrode current collector(100) which is composed of porous transition metal oxide, and cells(200) which includes a cathode(210) formed on the cathode collector, electrolyte film(220), and a positive electrode(230). The cathode collector and the cathode are physically and chemically combined by co-firing. A manufacturing method of the solid oxide fuel cell comprises the following steps: a step of molding the cathode collector by using a tape casting method or an extrusion process; a step of pre-sintering the cathode collector; a step of molding a green body by successively laminating the cathode and the electrolyte film on the sintered cathode collector; a step of sintering the green body; and a step forming the anode on the sintered green body.
