A Method for Preparing NiO/YSZ Composite for a Solid Oxide Fuel Cell

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a NiO/YSZ composite for solid oxide fuel cell is provided to obtain uniform nano-sized NiO/YSZ composite through co-precipitation and hydrothermal synthesis by adding NaOH solution precursor-mixed solution of high pH. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a NiO/YSZ composite for solid oxide fuel cell comprises: a step of adding precursor mixed solution of nickel precursor, ytrrium precursor, and zirconium precursor into basic solution; a step of forming mixed precipitate of nickel hydroxide, yttrium hydroxide, and zirconium hydroxide by controlling pH to 11 or more; and a step of heat treating the mixed precipitate to 80-180 C. The basic solution is one selected from a group consisting of NaOH, KOH, NH3, (NH3)HCO3, and (NH3)2CO3.
