SPIRAL PIPE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS CAPABLE OF INCREASING WORK EFFICIENCY IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME

PURPOSE: A spiral pipe machining apparatus is provided to guarantee manufacturing efficiency by automating and integrating manufacturing procedures.;CONSTITUTION: A spiral pipe machining apparatus comprises a supply unit(10), a transfer unit(20), and a discharge unit(50). The supply unit has an ejecting rod and a stopper. The stopper is mounted under the ejecting rod and is drawn out by a first hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder. The transfer unit comprises a first driving motor(201), a second driving motor, a screw rod(200), a sensor, a movable bracket, a center rod, a driving pulley, and a driven pulley. The screw rod is driven by the first driving motor. The sensor laterally moves along a guide rod of the screw rod and controls movement ranges. A pipe is inserted in an insertion groove of the movable bracket. The center rod is mounted at the center of the insertion groove. The driving pulley and the driven pulley are coupled by a belt. After processed spiral pipes are collected in a collecting bracket of the discharge unit, the spiral pipes are moved to a receiving unit(510).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
