Novel triazine based sol-gel compounds and organic-inorganic hybrid composition having excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance

PURPOSE: A triazine-based sol-gel compound and an organic/inorganic hybrid coating composition containing the same are provided to ensure corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A triazine-based sol-gel compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic/inorganic hybrid coating composition with excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance contains 100 weight parts of epoxy resin modified with a tri(C1-C6 alkoxy)silyl C1-C67 alkyl group; 1-20 weight parts of the triazine-based sol-gel compound; and 1-20 weight parts of silane compound of chemical formula 2.
