PURPOSE: A device for measuring the impedance of a cell with a filter type electrode and a method for manufacturing the device are provided to measure the electrical properties caused by the deformability of the cell using only one electrode.;CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for measuring the impedance of a cell with a filter type electrode comprises a substrate(110), a channel forming layer(120), and a filter type electrode. The channel forming layer is formed on the substrate and comprises an inlet(121), an outlet(123), and a fine fluidic channel(125). The channel forming layer connects the inlet and the outlet. The filter type electrode occupying a layer identical to the channel forming layer on the substrate is connected to the corresponding fine fluidic channel, thereby functioning as a fluidic channel. The filter type electrode comprises a first electrode(131) and a second electrode(132) which are spaced from each other. An impedance measuring device(143) is connected to the filter type electrode.
