A SEWAGE DISPOSAL APPARATUS OF NATURE CIRCULATION FOR RECYCLEING

PURPOSE: A natural circulation sewage treatment plant for recycling is provided to reduce the maintenance expense by 50% in comparison with other method; increase the handling capacity of raw water by two times without the extending the facility; increase the handling capacity as it is able to minimize the capacity of an aeration tank; and stabilize regardless of the change in the input flow rate and in the water level. CONSTITUTION: A natural circulation sewage treatment plant for recycling comprises an anaerobic tank part(110), a screen tank part(130), the first aeration tank part(150), a flow control tank part(170), an extermination tank part(190), the first transfer tank part(210), the second aeration tank part(230), the third aeration tank part(250), the second transfer tank part(270), a trickling filter tank part(290), a third transfer tank part(310), a filter tank part(330), and a discharge reservoir part(350). The anaerobic tank part temporarily saves sewage and the anaerobic tank transfers the sewage once the sewage is filled. The screen tank part removes the solid material mixed with the sewage transferred from the anaerobic tank part. The extermination tank part sprinkles the sewage transferred from the flow control tank part to the first contact filter media which is activated with the microorganisms. The second aeration tank part removes nitrogen, phosphorus, organic substances and pigment injecting air into the sewage supplied from the first transfer tank part. The third aeration tank part removes nitrogen, phosphorus, organic substances and pigment injecting air into the sewage supplied from the second aeration tank part. The trickling filter tank part sprinkles the sewage supplied from the second transfer tank part to the second contact filter media cultivated with microorganism and produces processing water removing the remaining organic substances in the sewage. The filter tank part filters the processing water supplied from the third transfer tank part.
