PURPOSE: A restoration energy storage device without a power transformer is provided to simultaneously turn on/off a pair of cutoff units, thereby supplying restoration power to a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A pair of cutoff units(121,122) are electrically connected to a wire. A power storage unit(130) is electrically connected between the cutoff units. The power storage unit charges or discharges power without a power transformer. The power storage unit varies an operation voltage according to the voltage of the wire or a request of a user.
