PURPOSE: A method for making Makkoli is provided to improve sterilization effect and to ensure microbial stability and functionality. CONSTITUTION: A method for making Makkoli comprises: a step of preparing ferment containing 16-18%(v/v) alcohol; a step of pulverizing and homogenizing ferment solid powder; a step of applying electric oscillation to the homogenized ferment and primarily sterilizing at low temperature; and a step of filtering the ferment. The method further comprises a step of sterilizing at low temperature.
