PVC secondary plasticizer, PVC sol composition containig the same and article thereof

A PVC secondary plasticizer is provided to produce PVC products having a volatile organic compound emission rate of 0.1 mg/m^2.hr and to form a PVC sol composition having improved processability. A PVC secondary plasticizer used to prepare a PVC sol composition is a de-aromatic product having a distillation range of 285-340 °C, an aromatic content of 1wt% or less, and a kinematic viscosity of 4-8 cSt, and comprising 55-80% of paraffin-based carbon atoms. A PVC sol composition comprises 100 parts by weight of PVC resins, 30-70 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 3-20 parts by weight of the PVC secondary plasticizer, and 0.1-150 parts by weight of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a blowing agent, filler, a stabilizer, a viscosity controller, and a dispersant.
