PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a carriable heath supplementary food for improving health by supplementing vitamins and micronutrients that are easily insufficient in the human body, cleansing blood flow, and strengthening internal organs. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a carriable heath supplementary food using Lentinus edodes comprises sequential steps of: grinding a food material; preparing a mixture material; preparing a black bean decocted water; kneading of a dough; manufacturing pills; and drying the pills. The grinding of a food material includes grinding Lentinus edodes into a size of 200 to 300 mesh, grinding malts into a size of 200 to 300 mesh, and radish seeds into a size of 200 to 300 mesh. In the preparing of a mixture material, a Lentinus edode powder, a malt powder, and a radish seed powder are mixed at a weight ratio of 70:10:20. In the preparing of a black bean decocted water, licorice is added to black beans to have 0.1 to 0.2 weight% of the licorice in 100 weight% of the black beans, water having an amount 10 times a weight of the black beans is added and heated at a temperature of 100C for 2 to 3 hours, and then the remaining solution is filtered to obtain the black bean decocted water. In the kneading of a dough, the mixture material is kneaded while spraying the black bean decocted water to facilitate pressing the dough. In the manufacturing of pills, the dough is inserted to a presser and extruded through a extrusion hole with a diameter of 2 to 3 mm, and the extrudate is cut at a length of 2 to 3 mm and inserted and rotated in a rotary container before it is hardened to manufacture the pills in a particle shape with a diameter of 2 to 3 mm. In the drying of the pills, the manufactured pills are inserted to a drier and dried to have a moisture content of 5 to 10 weight%.
