PURPOSE: A food composition using Japanese apricot and pine needles with the excellent functionality, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily intake useful components of the Japanese apricot and pine needles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a food composition using Japanese apricot and pine needles comprises the following steps: mixing flesh of the Japanese apricot with sugar, and aging for 3~6months; separating the aged Japanese apricot flesh into the Japanese apricot flesh and the Japanese apricot extract; pulverizing the Japanese apricot flesh to obtain the Japanese apricot flesh extract; washing and pulverizing the pine needles and pine buds; mixing the pulverized pine needles and buds with the Japanese apricot extract, and aging for 1~3months to obtain the pine needle extract; and mixing the Japanese apricot flesh extract and the pine needle extract, and boiling the mixture.
