VIBRATION AMPLIFICATION TYPE PIEZOELECTRIC VIBRATION DEVICE HAVING A PLURALITY OF VIBRATION TRANSMISSION PATHS USING THE INVERSE PIEZOELECTRIC EFFECT OF A PIEZOELECTRIC MATERIAL AND AN ELECTRIC DEVICE USING THE SAME AS A VIBRATING UNIT
PURPOSE: A vibration amplification type piezoelectric vibration device having a plurality of vibration transmission paths and an electric device using the same as a vibrating unit are provided to reduce power consumption compared by a vibration motor by forming a vibrating member using a piezoelectric material.;CONSTITUTION: A housing includes a bottom plate(312) and a cover(314) welded on the bottom plate. A piezoelectric vibration member(320) is formed by laminating a piezoelectric vibration layer(324) on the upper surface and the lower surface of two rectangular metallic substrates(326). A vibration supporting member(330) includes coupling protrusions(334,335) formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of a hexahedron shaped body(332). A weight(340) is arranged to be overlapped along a longitudinal direction on the piezoelectric vibration member clinging to an elastic member(350). A coupling cap(360) has a cap part(362) and a protrusion part(364) protruded from the upper surface of the cap part to the outside. The elastic member includes an elastic plate(353), a first coupling part(351), and a second coupling part(352) which are vertically bent from both ends of the elastic plate to a lower part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
