A REMODELING SYSTEM OF EXISTING METALLIC ROOF PANEL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A remodeling system for an existing metal panel roof and remodeling method thereof is provided to reduce the construction period and cost and to exclude building wastes during demolition by installing a new metal panel roof with a guide rail in the existing metal panel roof without the demolition works. CONSTITUTION: A remodeling system for an existing metal panel roof comprises an existing metal panel roof, a guide rail(20), a motion plate(30), a level clip(40), a fixing bar(50), an insulating material(60), and a finishing panel(80). The existing metal panel roof comprises a support bar(1) and a metal panel(10). The guide rail fixed on the upper side of the metal panel comprises a guide groove(22) in a longitudinal direction. The motion plate is inserted inside the guide groove of the guide rail. The level clip is movable to a certain distance along the guide groove by being connected to the motion plate. The fixing bar is inserted in an insertion groove of the level clip in order to be fixed. The insulating material is installed in between the fixing bar. The finishing panel is comprised of a metal material and seals the top of an insulation material.
