CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR BUILDING REMODELING BY USING PC PANEL FOR BUILDING REMODELING, AND CONNECTING STRUCTURE FOR REMODELING PC PANEL

PURPOSE: A construction method for building remodeling using remodeling precast panel, and connecting structure for remodeling precast panel are provided to reduce construction period, improve working efficiency, and increase durability by improvement in support force on tensile force and vertical load force. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for building remodeling using remodeling precast panel comprises following steps. U-shaped angles form a precast concrete panel(10). Multiple PC(Precast concrete) fixing members(20) are installed in a post. The prepared PC panel is pressed to the post, the U-shaped angle(12) and the PC fixing member are fused, and the PC panel is installed. A space between the PC panel and the post is filled with mortar grouting or epoxy resin. Finishing material is applied on the outer surface of the PC panel.
