PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an optical parameter adjusting card for photograph correction is provided to enable convenient correction of photograph through adjustment of optical parameters such as white balance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an optical parameter adjusting card for photograph correction is as follows. White patch sheets are pressed and attached to the top and bottom surfaces of a plastic plate material(S100). The plastic material is cut into a square MK-Card(S200). A grid type square patch region including nine grayscale areas of LAB and RGB color are printed on the card upper side of the white background(S300). L-shaped first auto-correction mark recognition parts are printed outside the four corners of the square patch region(S400).
