BALLOT MARKING DEVICE, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING A WRONG MARKING CAUSED BY A MISTAKE

PURPOSE: A ballot marking device is provided to prevent a wrong marking caused by sliding of the marking device on a ballot paper as a marking is marked by secondarily pressuring a casing when the casing is stably positioned at a proper position to be marked by primarily pressurizing the casing.;CONSTITUTION: A ballot marking device(1) comprises a marking rod(10) and an ink filter unit(20). The marking rod includes an upper body(11) and a lower body(13). The lower part of the upper body is opened. The upper and lower parts of the lower body are opened. The upper part of the lower body is inserted in the lower inside of the upper body, thereby being joined. An input port(12) is formed in the lower part of the lower body. A carved slab(21) is fixed to the marking rod to be drawn in and out through an input hole. The ink filter unit includes an ink protection container(22) and an ink filter(23).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
