PURPOSE: A porous graphene-layered titanium oxide nano-hybrid and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the thermal stability and the crystallinity of lepidocrocite titanium oxide by introducing graphene to the titanium oxide. CONSTITUTION: The layered titanium oxide of lepidocrocite crystalline is formed on the surface of graphene. The graphene is three dimensionally in the form of a card house, and pores are arranged in the graphene. The biaxial directional lengths of the plane of the layered titanium oxide are respectively in a range between 10 and 100nm. The biaxial directional lengths of the plane of the graphene are respectively in a range between 50 and 1,000nm. The sizes of the pores are in a range between 0.5 and 10nm. A method for manufacturing graphene-layered titanium oxide nano-hybrid includes the following: an exfoliated graphene colloidal solution is stirred with titanium dioxide nanosol; the layered titanium oxide is formed on the surface of the graphene; and the graphene is coagulated.
