PURPOSE: An electronic trade payment system and a method through e-market place to e-market place are provided to enable a purchaser to buy products at low price by using cash payment through payment guarantee. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser e-market place server(200) provides seller information and transaction request approval information to a purchaser bank server(500). A seller e-market place server(300) transmits invoice information of a seller terminal(400) to the purchaser e-market place server. The seller e-market place server provides conditional payment guarantee approval information of the purchaser bank server to the seller terminal. The seller terminal transmits shipment information of a product to a purchaser terminal(100) and provides the invoice information to the seller e-market place server. The purchaser bank server provides the conditional payment guarantee approval information to the purchaser e-market place server and transmits payment information to the seller terminal.
