PURPOSE: A high voltage pulse control device for an Nd YAG laser applying an IGBT device is provided to maximize energy efficiency by reducing voltage and time for the next oscillation. CONSTITUTION: A laser power supply unit(200) charges electric energy corresponding to output energy to a condenser. A condenser(300) supplies electric energy to an IGBT device(400). The IGBT device receives on signal and off signal of a controller unit and discharges the charged electric energy. A laser lamp(500) converts the charged electric energy into optical energy. An on variable delay module(110) receives an on-signal of a central control module and determines an on time of a Q-switch(600) proportional to a preset lasing time. An off variable delay module(120) switches off after emission of electrons to the off-time of the IGBT device at the Q-switch is on in the range that the Q-switch on is able to be varied. The controller unit includes a central control module. The central control module transmits an on signal to the IGBT device and the variable delay module, transmits an on signal to the Q-switch and transmits an off signal to the IGBT device after transmitting a signal to the off variable delay module.
