The present invention discloses a probe set specific to Orientia tsutsugamushi and a microarray comprising the same. Specifically, the present invention discloses a total of 1611 probes prepared based on the Orientia Tsutsugamu genome (GeneBank accession no. AM494475) and a microarray integrating these probes.
