PURPOSE: A functional beverage using germinated brown rice, and a producing method thereof are provided to mill the germinated brown rice two times for easily extracting useful components. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional beverage using germinated brown rice comprises the following steps: milling rice to separate the hulls and obtain brown rice; germinating the obtained brown rice by dipping the brown rice in mulberry leaf water for 1-3 days; milling the germinated brown rice to obtain white rice and a powder composition containing inner chaff, sprouts, and rice embryo buds; roasting the white rice, and mixing with the powder composition; adding water to the mixture for extracting; and dipping an extraction filter cloth including the mixture into 15-25 deg C water before heating, and extracting the mixture for 3-4 hours at 95 deg C. The extraction process is performed after adding germinated wheat, germinated barley, and gardeniae fructus.
