PURPOSE: An LED view lighting device is provided to save power consumption by controlling light according to the motion or the sound of a reed body due to a wind. CONSTITUTION: A case(110) has an inner space. A support unit for connecting a reed body(120) is formed in the opened upper end of the case. A separate fixing frame(150) is formed in the lower end of the case. The reed body has a predetermined length. A light source is formed in the upper part of the reed body and emits light.
