PURPOSE: Operating logic of an organic matter thermal hydrolysis system is provided to control a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) according to an operating logic control program, thereby increasing digestion efficiency and minimizing a dehydration cake for dehydration. CONSTITUTION: Operating logic of an organic matter thermal hydrolysis system comprises a step of transferring a predetermined amount of sludge to a hopper(9); a step of transferring the sludge to a controlling bath(10); a step of thermally dehydrating the sludge by maintaining an input pressure value in a reaction bath; a step of preheating the sludge in the controlling bath by transferring steam in the reaction bath and emptying a dissolving bath or flush bath(12); a step of closing depression valves of the reaction bath and transferring sludge to the dissolving bath or the flush bath; and a step of closing each of the reaction valves; and a step of transferring the predetermined amount of the sludge to the reaction bath. At least two or more reaction baths are installed between the controlling bath and the dissolving bath or a flush bath in parallel to continuously increase temperature by using continuously generated steam.
