PURPOSE: An item usage service providing method and a server are provided to use a technology which increases an item usage server utilization rate of users by outputting a winning result message of a specific item to a game screen of all users when winning the specific item which has a low probability of winning.;CONSTITUTION: In an item usage service providing method, a usage input is received from a user terminal(S10). If the usage input is received, the method has a step for providing a first winning item which has a predetermined winning probability and a second winning item which has a higher winning probability than the first winning item by selection according to the winning probability(S20).
