THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A DOLL USING CHAMAECYPARIS OBTUSA

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a phytoncide doll using chamaecyparis obtuse is provided to promote psychological stability by fresh and mild aroma that is unique to medicinal ingredients of chamaecyparis obtuse, thereby contributing to emotional development of children. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a phytoncide doll which contains antibiotic and aromatic contents in a cover for doll prosthesis and an outer cover, using chamaecyparis obtuse comprises a cotton treatment step(S10) of spraying essential oil extract of hinoki to cotton which is scattered by air blast and natural drying the cotton at 15 to 30% relative humidity for 5 to 10 hours; a chamaecyparis obtuse shaping step(S20) of shaping the chamaecyparis obtuse into beads which have a sphere shapes and are 2 to 5mm in diameter after ultrasonic drying the cotton so as to the moisture content of the cotton is less than 5 wt.%; a prostheses filling step(S30) of forming vent holes which are 0.5 to 1mm in diameter into a grid array in cotton fabric cover for doll prosthesis, filling prostheses including a plurality of chamaecyparis obtuse beads in the cotton fabric cover for doll prosthesis, and then sewing the opening part of the cotton fabric cover for doll prosthesis; a cotton filling step(S40) of laminating the said cotton around the inner sides of the outer cover to a thickness of 1 to 3cm; and outer cover sealing step of closing the opening part of the outer cover.
