PURPOSE: A back sheet for a light emitting device and the light emitting device using the same are provided to improve productivity conspicuously.;CONSTITUTION: A back sheet for a light emitting device includes a base film(10) and a light guide patterns(L1,L2). The light guide patterns are separately and repetitively formed on the surface of the base film. Each pattern has adhesive property by being formed by printing a light emitting ink mixed with an adhesive agent. Each pattern includes a plurality of pattern elements constituting an edge part and a side part(21b). The edge part of the pattern element is located at each edge of a square pattern contour, and is positioned so that one vertex of a triangle corresponds to the vertex of the edge part.
