The present invention relates to a plant-derived natural antimicrobial composition having an antimicrobial activity against food poisoning bacteria, and more specifically, Hongjingo fern (DryopteriserythrosoraKuntze) Or zombie sedge (CarexpumilaThunbIt relates to a natural antimicrobial composition against Bacillus cereus containing the extract as an active ingredient.According to the present invention, the natural antimicrobial composition has an effective antimicrobial activity against Bacillus cereus, and the composition containing the two extracts in combination shows higher antimicrobial activity than when each extract is used alone. Therefore, the use of the natural antimicrobial composition of the present invention may effectively inhibit food poisoning bacteria even in a small amount, and may contribute greatly to securing food safety.
