PURPOSE: A health shoe for stretching a waist and a lower body is provided to enable a user to simply stretch for a short period of time, thereby improving work efficiency and physical functions.;CONSTITUTION: A health shoe for stretching a waist, a lower body, and calves includes an inclined body(12) and a coupling unit(11). Inclined units(123,124) are supported by being contacted with the ground when the foot is tilted forwards to intensify stretching. The structure of the inclined unit is determined by the differences in length between a horizontal extension part(122) and a contact slope part(126), and by an angle of inclination. The inclined unit comprises a first inclination part and a second inclination part. The first inclination part is extended with an inclined structure from the horizontal extension part, and has 10-20 degrees of an angle of inclination.
