SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY LOADING AN FOSB ON A LOADING POSITION OF A MAIN STOKER

PURPOSE: A system for automatically loading a front open shipping box (FOSB) is provided to improve work efficiency by sensing the number of covers loaded on a storage box to automatically count the loaded FOSB.;CONSTITUTION: A transfer unit (10) is installed on the lower side of a loading unit (61) of a main frame (60). The transfer unit transfers an FOSB to the open position of a cover. An open unit (20) detaches the cover of the FOSB and transfers the FOSB to a storage box (50). A pickup/transfer unit (30) fixes the FOSB when the cover is detached. A moving unit (40) loads the covers transferred to the storage box.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
