PURPOSE: A cooling device regardless of the variation of external environment, a flight vehicle with the same, and a method for cooling high temperature fluid are provided to control the temperature of a phase-changeable heat exchanger by controlling flow rate even when the performance of a cooling machine is drastically changed according to the drastic variation of operational environment. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device comprises a heat exchanger(210), a cooling machine, a phase-changeable heat exchanger(260), and a control valve(271). The cooling machine comprises a compressor(220) and a turbine(230). The performance of the cooling machine is changed according to flow rate. The compressor compresses fluid discharged from the heat exchanger. The turbine expands the fluid compressed in the compressor to reduce the temperature of the compressed fluid. The phase-changeable heat exchanger stores phase-changeable materials and heat-exchanges the phase-changeable materials and the fluid discharged from the turbine so that the temperature of the discharged fluid can be controlled. The control valve controls the flow rate discharged from the turbine so that the temperature of the fluid entered to the phase-changeable heat exchanger can be controlled.
