PURPOSE: An electromagnetic contactor is provided to inhibit the impactive contact of core and yoke by including spacer between yoke and the lower part of core.;CONSTITUTION: A driving part (130) opens and closes a contacting part (120). The driving part comprises a core (131), a coil (135), a yoke (140), a permanent magnet (160), and a spacer. The core is movably arranged in a longitudinal direction.
