SYNCHRONIZER KEY ASSEMBLING DEVICE, CAPABLE OF EASILY ASSEMBLING A PLURALITY OF SYNCHRONIZER KEYS AT THE SAME TIME

PURPOSE: A synchronizer key assembling device is provided to assemble a synchronizer key by easily compressing a ball.;CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer key assembling device comprises a body (21), a holder (22), a finger (23), a finger fixing bolt (24), a guide bolt (25), and a return spring (26). The body comprises an elevation part (21-1) with an uneven groove (21-1a) and a plurality of guide pins (27). The holder comprises a settling hole (22a) for settling the return spring and a cylinder (22-1) for accepting the elevation part. The synchronizer key touching part of the finger is formed with a stepped part for installing the synchronizer key to move in parallel. The finger fixing bolt fixes the finger which corresponds to the cut-out part of the body to the holder. The guide bolt is inserted into the connection hole (22-1a) of the cylinder from the outside of the holder to position the end thereof in the uneven groove of the body. The return spring is interposed between the bottom of the holder and the outer circumference of the elevation part to elastically support the holder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
