STEERING DEVICE OF A GOLF CART, CAPABLE OF SMOOTHLY STEERING THE SAME IN A NARROW SPACE

PURPOSE: A steering device of a golf cart is provided to enable a user to smoothly steer the same in a narrow cart road by reducing the width of steering using an auxiliary wheel.;CONSTITUTION: A steering device (1) of a golf cart comprises a pair of steering hubs (10), a steering box (20), a radius rod (30), an auxiliary wheel unit (40), and a steering angle measuring sensor (61). The pair of steering hubs is rotatably installed on both sides of a vehicle body (100) using a fixing pin (11) and is equipped with a steering wheel (12). The steering box moves a pair of movement rods (22) back and forth by being applied with rotatory power from a handle shaft (21). The radius rod connects the movement rod of the steering box and the eccentric unit of a steering hub using a link structure. The auxiliary wheel unit is installed between the steering hubs and is equipped with an auxiliary wheel. The steering angle measuring sensor is equipped in the control unit to measure the steering angle of the steering hub.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
