PURPOSE: A printing fabric seam sensing device, and an inkjet printer with the same, and a printing method are provided to check a seam of a printing fabric which is transferred to be printed, thereby printing by checking the length between a printer head and the seam and selecting patterns proper to the checked length.;CONSTITUTION: A printing fabric seam sensing device includes a base frame (110), a connection plate (210), and a seam sensing unit (200). The connection plate is installed on a side of the connection plate. The seam sensing unit senses a seam (11) of a printing fabric (10) being transferred between the base frame and the connection plate. The seam sensing unit includes a contact movable unit (221) which is moved while being in contact with the seam of the printing fabric.
