PURPOSE: A finite-element numerical analysis method of a powder compaction and sintering process is provided to improve the analysis efficiency of a powder compaction and sinter through a successive process by applying a unified model instead of different models. CONSTITUTION: A finite-element numerical analysis method of a powder compaction and sintering process is as follows. Basic data including terrain coordinates of plural nodal points, boundary conditions, boundary values, time units, and time intervals of calculation of each element is input(S100). Material property data including the density, the temperature, a radius of powder, and the surface energy of a powder material is input(S110). The sintering device force is calculated(S120). A yield curve is set(S130). Finite element formulation is performed(S140). A matrix is calculated by applying a finite element method based on each element so that speed values of each element are obtained by calculating the matrix(S150).
