Primer set for detecting pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic virus in Cucurbitaceae, and method for detecting pathogens thereof using the same

PURPOSE: A primer for simultaneously detecting pathogens in seeds of a Cucurbitaceae plant and a detection method using the same are provided to simultaneously detect five kinds of pathogens. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for amplifying a target sequence contains: a first primer set with sequence numbers 1 and 2; a second primer set with sequence numbers 3 and 4; a third primer set with sequence numbers 5 and 6; a fourth primer set with sequence numbers 7 and 8; or a fifth primer set with sequence numbers 9 and 10. The target sequence is a sequence of Xanthomonas cucurbitae, Acidovorax avenae subsp. Citrulli, Cucumber Green Mottle Mosaic Virus, Kyuri Green Mottle Mosaic Virus, and Zucchini Green Mottle Mosaic Virus. The primer set is used for amplifying the target sequence of a Cucurbitaceae plant. The Cucurbitaceae plant includes pumpkin, watermelon, cucumber, or melon.
