PURPOSE: An oligonucleotide immobilized micro-oscillator for detecting Ag-ions and an Ag-ion detecting method using the resonance thereof are provided to simply detect and quantify nanosilver materials having a bad influence on a human body and an environment by using mechanical properties having unique resonant frequencies. CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide immobilized micro-oscillator for detecting Ag-ions includes an immobilized DNA on the surface. Chrome (Cr) and gold (Au) are successively coated on the surface of the micro-oscillator. The gold and the thiolated end portion of the DNA are joined. An Ag-ion detecting method includes the following steps of: immobilizing the DNA of which end portion is composed of the thiolated cytosine on the surface of the micro-oscillator; reacting the surface of the micro-oscillator with a sample having Ag-ions; and measuring changes in the resonant frequencies of the micro-oscillator.
