PURPOSE: A device for controlling an air conditioner and a fan coil is provided to reliably control an indoor temperature of a specific area which is equipped with first and second air conditioning units. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling an air conditioner and a fan coil includes a sensor unit (910) and a control unit (930). The sensor unit senses an indoor temperature of a specific area. The control unit controls first and second conditioning units. The first air conditioning unit makes the indoor temperature reach to a predetermined temperature while the first air conditioning unit is operated. The second air conditioning unit makes the indoor temperature reach to a predetermined temperature while the second air conditioning is operated. The first air conditioning unit is a central air conditioner which controls indoor temperatures of multiple areas including the specific area.
