PURPOSE: A silver-dispersed solution preparation method and a transparent silver electrode manufacturing method using the same are provided to manufacture a silver thin film with high conductivity and transparency by using a silver-dispersed solution with high uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A silver-dispersed solution preparation method comprises the steps of: adding oleylamine, decanoic acid, AgNO3, and a reducing agent to a mixed solution containing C1-C6 low-quality alcohol and water and agitating the mixed solution, wherein the reducing agent hydrazine(N2H4), sodium citrate, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, tetrabutylammonium borohydride or sodium borohydride.
