PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bone cement supporter and a manufactured bone cement supporter thereby are provided to manufacture adaptive functional hard tissue regeneration supporter by overcoming the process limit of the existing technique. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bone cement supporter comprises the following steps. A manufacturing step of bone cement paste composition including the bone cement material powder, the curing agent, and water with initial set time of 30-120 minutes. The bone cement paste composition is injected by using extruder adhered to the 3 shaft laminated apparatus, to include the step of laminating product of engineering 3 dimensional supporter. The bone cement paste composition of the step 1 additionally includes powder additive. The powder additive may be 1or more of selected group comprised of the primary calcium phosphate, the dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous salt, and dibasic calcium phosphate.
