PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the cotton linter cellulose regenerated fiber which is pre-processed with the enzyme is provided to show bleaching effects by increasing whiteness of the cotton linter cellulose regenerated fiber and offer fiber that does not require a removal process of fibril to improve effectiveness of dyeing in case of connecting to C P. B. dyeing process which has small process stress by reducing the surface fibril. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the cotton linter cellulose regenerated fiber which is pre-processed with the enzyme comprises the following steps: a step (S101) of manufacturing pretreatment solution by mixing buffer solution, scouring agent and cellulose; a padding step (S103) that pads the pretreatment solution which manufactured through the pretreatment manufacturing step to the cotton linter cellulose regenerated fiber by using pad; a step (S105) of vacuum aging after vacuum packing the cotton linter cellulose regenerated fiber after the padding step; and a step (S107) of washing and cleaning the cotton linter cellulose regenerated fiber completed aging after the vacuum aging step.
