The present invention is a recombinant spike protein and a method comprising the epitopes of bovine coronavirus , wherein the protein gene encoding the expression vector containing the gene , the expression of transformed host cells with a vector , wherein the egg yolk antibodies and methods for their preparation prepared using the protein , vaccines comprising said protein , pharmaceutical composition , feed composition , and to a method for treating or preventing viral infections using the bovine coronavirus vaccines and pharmaceutical compositions . Egg yolk antibodies are recombinant spike protein epitopes and hence containing the bovine coronavirus in accordance with the present invention may be useful in the treatment or prevention of a more efficient for bovine coronavirus infection . ;
