PURPOSE: An electric range capable of having three heating elements or more, and an electric power control method thereof are provided to use the highest temperature of heating elements by appropriately distributing electric power in order to maximize the output of two simultaneously operating heating elements among three heating elements or more.;CONSTITUTION: An electric range capable of having three heating elements or more comprises three heating bodies or more (12,14,16), a heating element control unit (18), a system control unit (20), a display unit, and a touch operating unit (24). The heating element control unit is connected to the three heating elements or more. The system control unit is connected to an outside power supply unit, which is connected to the heating element control unit, and the heating element control unit respectively for individual control. The display unit is connected to the system control unit in order to indicate the temperature of an operating heating element among the three heating elements or more. The touch operating unit is connected to the system control unit so that a user operates the three heating elements or more.
